The second SECURE Open Call is now open

The MITA-NCC, in collaboration with MDIA, is supporting National Cybersecurity Coordination Centres across the EU through the SECURE project—Strengthening EU SMEs’ Cyber Resilience.

The second SECURE Open Call is now open. EU SMEs can apply for up to €30,000 in co-funding, with a 50% co-financing rate, to implement practical (CRA) compliance measures. Eligible activities include vulnerability management, secure development, governance and technical documentation.

With a total budget of €11.5 million, this second round is significantly larger than the first.  The call is open until 11 December 2026, giving applicants more time to prepare a strong proposal.

Who can apply?

• Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises established in EU/EEA countries
• Companies offering products or services within the scope of the Cyber Resilience Act

How to apply?
Register on the SECURE platform and submit your proposal. The deadline, application form and full guidelines are available on the second SECURE Open Call webpage.

Please note: Only one proposal per organisation may be submitted under this call. For application support, please contact [email protected].

We encourage eligible SMEs to take advantage of this opportunity and begin preparing their applications early.
