Lloyds Bank replacing some debit cards after cyber attack

Lloyds Bank has confirmed that it will be replacing its debit cards after attacks on Ticketmaster and British Airways.

In a statement the bank said that they are re issuing cards to customers who made purchases on the Ticketmaster website.

They also said that they are working hand in hand with the authorities to establish which customers had their details breached during what are thought to be two cyber attacks.

This issue has risen after two cyber attacks on the British Airways website in September and October. Two attacks which left 185,000 and 77,000 victims respectively.
