Our first CYBER Talk kicks off on 17th October with a focus on the upcoming Digital Operational Resilience Act. The session will be delivered in collaboration with the MFSA, 3 months before the official applicability date of DORA.
Agenda:
The first part of the CYBER Talk will be dedicated to a presentation by representatives from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), who will be sharing the latest updates from a Regulator perspective as well as discuss what financial entities can expect from the Authority.
The session will be covering key topics such as regulatory expectations; critical steps that each financial institution should have already taken; and action items to be considered just three months away from DORA’s applicability date.
The information session will be followed by time for questions and answers, with the aim to answer key concerns and provide practical advice in aid of this compliance journey.
